All products' shipments include all necessary parts and accessories for immediate normal operation. A 30 day money back guarantee is granted for all models with the corresponding renting fee subtracted (meter and sensor products). Please note, all the prices in the current price list are in euros (EUR).

The resulting invoice sum is formed after the addition of delivery charges, insurance and taxes if applicable. The buyer pays all other importing and bank charges and taxes.

The forms of payment are prepayment against a proforma invoice by a check or bank transfer or C.O.D. through a local bank in Finland. In the last case the extra bank charges are also added to the final price. The buyer pays always his delivery charges when sending any units or parts to the factory.

The time for shipping is 8 weeks maximum from the order. It is longer when several meters or several samples for calibration are ordered.

The units receive two years' guarantee from reception with the conditions expressed in the user's manual. The service has a partial guarantee of two years. While servicing the units they will be updated with the latest firmware versions without extra cost. Also the latest PC program version is returned with the unit.

Note: In the case of renting for a foreign customer, the list price of the meter plus accessories combination is to be fully prepaid. When the unit is returned the difference is refunded immediately (difference = price - rent - freights).

All rents paid are automatically credited to 65% value when buying a new unit. The offer is valid the following 12 months after renting. Note: All trial uses are always rentings.
