USB Operation Problems While Using
the RS232-USB Converter and The Bluetooth USB Dongle in your PC
To assure your PC and the instrument stay always ready and alert for operation
without troubles, do the following.

Either turn off the Windows Power Management for full power operation, always
- Or turn on the Power Management and configure
it in the following way. Find the USB port-related items and select 100%
operation readiness at all instances.
If this point is not taken into account, the USB
ports may unexpectedly fail after the PC goes to sleep or hibernates. They can
be revived, of course, but this will take time and cause trouble.
